Fellow Contesters, I'm back home from a great trip to Tunisia. Thanks for all the interest and pile-ups! It sure makes me happy getting a QSL with a sticker on it saying that the west coast OM (and DXCC honor roller) has been trying to get 3V for 10 years and that this QSO made the entire contest for him...
